We provide firearm medical certificates.
Before booking, you will need a copy of your medical form and your medical history summary (which you can request by contacting your surgery). Please ensure to send these to us or bring them to your appointment. This is so we can confirm your medical history as is required on the medical form.
Once you have these you can book an appointment anytime.
Your care comes first. If you are unsure whether this is the right service, email the clinic for booking guidance. Please do not include medical details; clinical questions need an appointment.
