Privacy Policy
We process personal information under applicable UK data protection law. This may include your name, address, email, telephone number and health records. We use this information to deliver effective medical care, support public health and for learning and training, such as safety audits. Records are held securely on our computer system and, where applicable, in secure manual filing systems. We share information with other health professionals when needed to deliver safe medical care, for example when making a referral, communicating with your insurer or discussing your prescription with a pharmacy. Your contact details are used to deliver and manage your care. We may also share information where required by UK law, for example for safeguarding children. Our current policy states that records are held while you are a patient and for 5 years after you stop being a patient. You have a right to access the information we hold about you. A copy of your consultation can be provided to you or sent to another party after your consultation. You may ask us about information sharing or opt out where the law allows. We regularly review our privacy policy.
CCTV Privacy Notice
We have installed CCTV systems at our premises, for the purposes of public, staff and vehicle safety and crime prevention and detection. Images captured by CCTV are not kept for longer than necessary. We operate CCTV and disclose in accordance with the codes of practice issued by the Information Commissioner and the Home Office.
How this website handles information
This website currently provides information and routes you to the clinic's chosen communication and booking services. It does not include a patient account, an online medical-record system or a connected repeat-prescription or check-in submission form.
Contacting the clinic
The contact form prepares a message in your own email application. Nothing is sent by this website: you choose whether to send the email in that application. Your name, email address and message are then handled under the clinic's email and healthcare privacy practices described above. Please do not include medical details in a general enquiry.
Booking through Timely
Appointment buttons open Timely in a new tab. Information you enter there is provided to Timely under its own privacy terms and the clinic's arrangements with that provider, not stored in a form on this website.
Repeat prescriptions and arrival information
These pages currently provide guidance only. They do not ask for your name, medication details or other health information, and they do not confirm that a prescription or check-in request has been received.
Maps and external links
The Google Map on the contact page does not load until you choose to activate it. Google may then receive technical information and use cookies under its own privacy terms. Opening directions, Google reviews or other external links takes you to the relevant third-party service.
Website measurement and advertising
This website does not currently use analytics or advertising cookies. If that changes, the cookie information and consent choices must be updated before those tools are enabled.
Your questions and rights
Use the clinic contact details in the privacy wording above for questions about your information or to exercise your data-protection rights. The completed notice, including retention periods and the clinic's review of these website details, must be approved before publication.
